As time disappears

Today’s prompt brought to mind space and stardust, the beginning of time and the end of it, maybe through a Big Bang at either end … or both?

I started with a photo of the dried leftovers of an echinacea flower in my garden, because it looked like a star to me, shooting across the galaxy, exploding or imploding.

After some doctoring with my photo app, it became this: a psychedelic star doing what stars do.

I like it.
